Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Real Estate Team)

Location: Richmond, VA 23226
Schedule: Part-Time to Start (15-20 hours per week, flexible)
Work Type: In-Person

About the Role
A fast-paced, client-focused residential real estate team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role works closely with agents and clients, helping deliver a high level of service across transactions, client communication, and property preparation.

This is an in-person position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role or transition into a licensed real estate position over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication and follow-ups
  • Conduct outbound calls such as client check-ins, lead follow-up, and review requests
  • Track and complete administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Support lead generation and database management
  • Monitor website activity and online presence
  • Coordinate with contractors, staging companies, and repair vendors
  • Assist with property preparation including staging, maintenance, and repairs
  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
  • Ensure professional written and verbal communication at all times

Preferred Experience
  • Law office or paralegal work
  • Settlement or title company experience
  • Administrative support for high-end or client-facing businesses
  • Other professional client service backgrounds are welcome
Technical Skills
  • Google Drive and Google Meet
  • Apple/iMac systems
  • Ability to manage both digital and paper workflows
