We’re looking for a Real Estate Recruiting Director to help grow a thriving real estate organization in Columbia, South Carolina.

This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll be responsible for bringing great agents into the organization, helping them succeed, and building a culture where talented people want to stay and grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$200,000+ On-Target Earnings

Compensation:

$80,000 – $200,000+ On-Target Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier real estate agents who align with our values and goals.
• Develop and implement training programs that empower new agents to excel and grow within our organization.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture where every member feels valued and motivated to contribute.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals to enhance our network and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective agents.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of real estate professionals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead engaging recruiting conversations and interviews.
• Ability to coach and mentor agents to enhance their productivity and profitability.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing recruiting, retention, and productivity metrics.
• Ability to lead team meetings and facilitate training and development initiatives effectively.
