Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and seek professional development opportunities on a regular basis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our client base includes vulnerable populations such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Qualifications\n
