We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support our clerical division of staffing.  If you have office experience, enjoy multitasking, phone and computer work, as well as having the opportunity make a positive impact, this is for you!

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour-$19/hour

Length:  Temporary with the potential for permanent for the right person

Location: Appleton, WI (On-site)

What You'll Do

• Review resumes and conduct phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews
• Match qualified candidates with open positions and submit them to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates who are job searching through the hiring process
• Manage multiple openings while keeping recruiting efforts organized and on schedule
• Recruit and source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms

What We're Looking For

• Office/Admin and customer service experience in an office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Comfortable learning new technology with accurate data entry and computer skills
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others succeed
