What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business (calls, LinkedIn, email, networking)
• Schedule and lead meetings with hiring managers, HR, and procurement leaders
• Close new client partnerships and grow accounts
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
• Represent A-Line at industry events and networking opportunities

What Success Looks Like

• 6-10 qualified meetings per month
• 2-4 new client wins per quarter
• Growing recurring revenue across multiple accounts

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing, SaaS, payroll, insurance, logistics, etc.)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Highly organized and CRM disciplined
• Open to high-performing sales professionals looking to break into staffing

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $55,000-$70,000 Uncapped Commission Realistic Year 1 Earnings: 75K-$120K+ Top Performers: 120K-$150K+ President's Club + performance incentives Advancement into leadership or strategic roles
