Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team and related office operations partners.
Support relocations, consolidations, office openings, closures, and special projects as needed.

Leadership Competencies
The successful candidate will bring the leadership range, operational discipline, and business judgment needed to build a mature facilities function and influence across a complex organization. Key competencies include:
Strategic leadership, with the ability to connect facilities decisions to business priorities, workplace strategy, portfolio needs, and long-term operating goals.
Strong financial acumen, including disciplined management of OPEX and CAPEX, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control, and tradeoff decisions.
Operational excellence, with a track record of building reliable processes, clear ownership, consistent service standards, and controls that stabilize day-to-day operations.
Risk and compliance judgment, including awareness of life safety, business continuity, regulatory requirements, documentation, controls, and escalation practices.

Success in the First 12 Months
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will have established a disciplined, visible, and trusted facilities function that delivers reliable day-to-day operations while advancing the company’s broader workplace strategy. Success will be demonstrated through:
