You will work within a collaborative and innovative remote setting, providing care from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected to our larger team. Your work hours will generally be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility requiring occasional evening or weekend availability to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing a dynamic caseload of clients, focusing on establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship while adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conducting regular follow-up sessions to evaluate client progress, addressing any changes in their mental health status, and creating pathways towards discharge when appropriate.

• Designing, implementing, and continuously monitoring personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation for each client’s treatment progress and adherence to record-keeping standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and make informed treatment recommendations.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, exercise clinical judgment, and employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.

• Engaging in ongoing individual supervision for professional growth and enhancement of clinical skills.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and client engagement.

• Proficiency in digital tools and systems, including RMS, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and practice management software such as PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families will be beneficial. Candidates with prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting will have an added advantage.
