Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop customized treatment plans that meet each client's individual needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to enhance treatment planning and implementation.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting an environment of continuous improvement in client care and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
