Company Description CFM Equipment Distributors is a team-driven HVAC and solar distributor serving Northern California and Nevada for over 35 years. We partner with leading brands like American Standard and Mitsubishi to help contractors succeed through reliable products, strong support, and an easy-to-do-business culture. Role Description The Territory Manager role focuses on building strong contractor relationships, creating growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that help customers win. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, product availability, and consistent customer support across the territory. What We’re Looking For Strong relationship-based sales and account management skills Ability to identify opportunities and follow through Demonstrated initiative and ownership in creating opportunities and driving results Comfortable working independently while being part of a team Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills HVAC or related industry experience preferred, not required CRM and basic tech proficiency Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Wholesale #J-18808-Ljbffr CFM Equipment Distributors
