Work Environment

This position is an onsite role located in Queensbury, NY, where healthcare delivery occurs primarily through house calls and direct patient interactions in the community. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside a multidisciplinary team that values your input and expertise. You can expect to work a predictable schedule averaging 40 hours per week, primarily between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics and community outreach events during the weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings, tailoring evaluations to meet the unique needs of patients.
• Diagnose and manage a spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring preventive care and health promotion strategies are implemented effectively.
• Develop and foster collaborative relationships with local health organizations and stakeholders, leading health education programs that address key community health concerns.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
