Work Environment

In this onsite role, you will be working fully within a school facility that serves as a health hub for students and their families. The work schedule typically ranges from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours until 8:00 p.m. for evening clinics. Involvement in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may be expected, thus providing a flexible yet structured work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments for children and families, identifying unique healthcare needs and crafting individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, ensuring continuity of care through routine follow-ups and educational interventions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
