Psychotherapist, Mental Health Therapist - Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

Provide individual psychotherapy to persons of all backgrounds, including community members and veterans Provide evidence-based and collaborative care responsive to treatment needs Accurately and timely document all clinical notes in the EHR platform Collaborate clinically with psychiatrists, PAs, NPs, therapists, and other clinical providers Deliver remote telehealth services and/or in-person care at the Palo Alto clinic Requirements Masters or doctoral degree Must have active California license appropriate for mental health therapy – Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Clinical proficiency in one or more evidence-based therapy modalities Must have experience in (or at least enthusiasm for) caring for veterans Remote telehealth or in person in our Palo Alto clinic Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinic staff Must be 100% reliable in delivering a high level of service to all patients A positive, can-do, caring, and empathic demeanor at all times Must demonstrate professional and compassionate communications at all times Knowledge of HIPAA policies and best practices Comfortable in the use of our technology suite: Chromebooks, Google Workspaces, secure messaging, etc. Must be 100% committed to patient and staff safety protocols Core Competencies Demonstrates clinical proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities while providing compassionate and effective mental health care to diverse populations, including veterans.
