Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, delivering precise diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide effective short-term counseling, utilizing a range of appropriate therapeutic modalities to address issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, and domestic violence.
\n
• Offer short-term case management services and collaborate with clients to navigate treatment options and resources.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, which includes risk assessment, de-escalation techniques, and coordination with local mental health crisis response teams.
\n
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families struggling with various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate support to clients dealing with psychological distress in a non-judgmental and supportive setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science.

• Current relevant BBS designation as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) .

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
\n
• Proven skills in delivering mental health services to individuals, families, and groups utilizing effective therapeutic approaches.

• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders and competency in developing and implementing effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and accessible transportation, aligning with all legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
