This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from your preferred location while maintaining a schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for senior clients facing various mental health issues, utilizing your clinical expertise to tailor approaches to suit their specific needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that inform treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and the standards set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services, including individual and group therapy, focusing on the unique emotional and psychological needs of adults and seniors.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, documenting treatment plans, case summaries, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings to evaluate and adjust treatment approaches, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client care.

• Support clients by researching and referring additional resources, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Engage in Telehealth therapy sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate effective counseling.

• Document and chart client progress, remaining adaptable to the changing needs of your caseload.
