Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions primarily via video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions with clients.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that are recovery-oriented and tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly assess client needs and treatment progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect changes in mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to enhance their coping, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling them to manage their mental health effectively.

The primary client focus for this role is stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• No history of disciplinary actions or limited licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients.

• Proficient computer skills and a reliable internet connection for virtual counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
