Accounts Payable Specialist

Culligan's AP SpecialistCulligan's AP Specialist is responsible for entering daily accounts payable transactions, and monitoring, reviewing, and reconciling all corporate credit card transactions for all three of our operating companies.Essential Job Duties:Daily monitoring, validation and recording of very high volume of both AP transactions and bank debits.Entering high-volume of Accounts Payable invoices with careful attention to detail for correct coding and for selecting the correct operating company.Detailed receipt review, and monitor employee compliance with corporate credit card usageReconcile corporate credit card activityReview and reconcile variances that may occur due to integration issues.Work closely with and communicate with other members of the accounting team, as well as supervisor, collections specialist & AR specialistPrepares special reports or other projects, as requested.Skills/Qualifications:Self-motivated, high energy individual.
