Key Responsibilities\n

• Family Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families, coordinating care and communicating treatment updates effectively.

• Insurance Coordination: Interact with insurance companies for pre-certifications and utilization management to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Discharge and Aftercare Planning: Actively participate in discharge planning processes to ensure continuity of care post-detox, facilitating referrals to outpatient services and ongoing support.

• Therapeutic Support: Provide therapeutic meal support that involves modeling healthy relationships with food while guiding clients through their emotional connections to eating.

• Client-Centric Care: Deliver empathetic, safe, and affirming care that respects and responds to each client’s unique circumstances, considering their intersecting identities and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with patients who are at various stages of detox from substance use. The client population consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including different age groups, socioeconomic statuses, and cultural identities. As an LCSW, you will play an essential role in addressing the mental health components of their recovery, providing individualized support tailored to each patient's experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
