Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for patients utilizing community resources, ensuring alignment with their unique therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to discuss case reviews, address clinical issues, and strategize interventions for challenging cases.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical productivity as per the program's standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. Understanding the complexities of detoxification, you will curate therapeutic strategies that cater to the unique needs of each patient, helping them navigate the critical initial stages of recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in behavioral health principles.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working on an acute psychiatric service within a hospital or detox setting.

• Demonstrable experience working as part of an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team, collaborating with various healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
