Trial Attorney

Overview We are a boutique firm with a team-based approach to tackling cases. Every case has a lead attorney, second chair, and paralegal. Our office is in Westchase; however, this position is hybrid. We are seeking a Trial Attorney for a full-time position in Houston. Our ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and experience in construction litigation. You will work as part of a team but also handle a significant number of individual responsibilities. Responsibilities Collaborate with lead attorney, second chair, and paralegal on cases. Manage a significant workload of individual responsibilities while contributing to team goals. Qualifications Texas State Bar member. Must have at least 10 trials completed; jury trial experience preferred. 7-10+ years of experience related to a broad range of construction litigation. Experience with all stages of pre-litigation, litigation, and post-judgment processes. Strong background in construction matters is preferred.
