Customer Success Consultant

Serving as a strategic partner to clients, the full-time Customer Success Consultant will manage a portfolio of accounts, driving engagement and outcomes while working remotely to enhance healthcare experiences and optimize program effectiveness. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients, leading Annual Business Reviews and aligning solutions to client goals Translate data into actionable insights, driving adoption of key healthcare programs and improving total cost of care Guide clients through program design and optimization while collaborating with internal teams to advocate for client needs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting Experience in practice management within health systems, clinics, or provider operations Familiarity with labor unions or unionized populations Strong understanding of healthcare benefits and digital health solutions Knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare models
