Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services directly to clients both virtually and in the community, addressing symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Establish individualized integrated care plans tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication with clients, their families, and other providers.
\n
• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screening processes to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.

• Participate in clinical case reviews and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative approach to care.
\n
• Identify and report any unsafe situations within work settings, employing appropriate procedures to maintain a safe environment.
\n
• Assist with crisis intervention, applying clinical skills to de-escalate situations and support clients effectively.
\n
• Maintain timely documentation, including reports and case notes, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring support for clients in times of emergency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This exciting role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
