Insurance Sales/Service Agent

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Insurance Sales/Service Agent for a local client in the Flathead Valley!

Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term career with growth potential? We are seeking a professional and motivated Insurance Sales/Service Agent to help clients protect what matters most while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
• Process policy renewals, policy changes, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Build strong relationships with clients and assist with their insurance needs.
• Gather and review customer information to help identify appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and clients regarding policy servicing and renewals.
• Conduct account reviews and assist with risk management solutions.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer information.
• Utilize agency software, Microsoft Office 365, and other technology platforms to manage client accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills and industry knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Montana Property & Casualty License preferred but not required. Licensing assistance and training may be available for the right candidate.

Work Environment

• Office setting with continual use of computers, phone systems, and general office equipment.
• Position requires sitting, standing, and frequent phone communication throughout the day.
