Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise the clinical care of a diverse patient caseload, ensuring high-quality treatment tailored to each individual’s unique psychological needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies and employ therapeutic techniques to effectively manage acute situations and provide ongoing support.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create and implement comprehensive resolution strategies and treatment plans, addressing immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Create detailed treatment logs, strategy outlines, and progress summaries, regularly reviewing and updating plans to reflect evolving patient needs.

• Engage in continuous education and provide supportive programs for both clients and their families, ensuring they have access to necessary information and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied demographic of clients, including children, adults, and families who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will be tasked with understanding their individual circumstances, ensuring that your interventions are tailored to meet their specific needs. This may involve referring clients to other specialists when appropriate to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required for this role.

• Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, where you have demonstrated strong intervention and assessment skills.

Preferred Experience\n

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as a familiarity with telehealth practices.
