You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical‑related disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence in patient‑care areas. Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
