This role operates primarily in a remote outpatient office setting, facilitating convenient access for both counselors and clients. Our outpatient facility allows counselors to meet with clients on an appointment basis, respecting their unique needs and schedules. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate remotely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive mental health support that emphasizes holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify each client's specific mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches as necessary for effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
