Lab Analyst I (MLT/MT/ASCP)

Icon Clinical Research

Laboratory Analyst position supporting clinical research studies at a global healthcare organization. The role involves conducting routine laboratory tests, maintaining data accuracy, and operating laboratory equipment on a part-time weekend schedule in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and special laboratory tests on clinical trial specimens independently
Process specimens and conduct waived and moderate complexity testing
Analyze test results and ensure accuracy accountability
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment
Perform quality control activities, document results, and report critical values

Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science
MT/MLT/ASCP certification (Clinical Lab Scientist license)
Minimum 2 years laboratory environment experience
Proficiency in laboratory techniques
Legal right to work in the United States
