• Licenses/Certs: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; Proficiency with EPIC; IV start, telemetry, ventilator management experience needed
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; previous travel nursing strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Float across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU based on staffing needs
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, and vascular access procedures
• Adapt to different ICU settings, maintaining flexibility and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain safety and compliance standards within diverse critical care units

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to float between units of similar or lower acuity
