Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef

Great American Restaurants is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environment. You will oversee daily kitchen execution, ensure consistent, high-quality food, and maintain company recipes and standards. Responsibilities include managing and training cooks, scheduling, ordering and inventory, enforcing food safety and sanitation, and controlling labor and food costs. You’ll collaborate closely with front-of-house leaders, support menu and special execution, and help develop a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture with strong hospitality.
