Associate Project Manager - Quotations

TWG Infrastructure is hiring an Associate Project Manager – Quotations. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in project coordination, estimating, quotations, sales support, customer service, construction, technical support, or infrastructure who is ready to take the next step in their career. What You'll Own You'll help manage opportunities from the initial customer inquiry through quotation and proposal submission, coordinating information between customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering, purchasing, and internal operations. Your day-to-day will include: Managing assigned quotation opportunities and deadlines Reviewing plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements Coordinating pricing, lead times, product information, and recommendations with manufacturers Supporting product selection and solution development Preparing proposal and quotation packages Communicating directly with customers and Sales Tracking project milestones and following up on open items Maintaining accurate project documentation Identifying discrepancies, risks, or delays and escalating them when needed Why This Role Matters Every successful project starts with getting the details right. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is: Organized and highly detail-oriented Customer-focused and responsive Curious and eager to learn Comfortable working across multiple teams Able to analyze project requirements and identify discrepancies Required: Associate degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with experience in quotations, estimating, project coordination, customer service, sales support, construction, infrastructure, utility, transportation, or technical support. Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
