Customer Service RepresentativeVolt is immediately hiring Customer Service Representative in Newport News, VA.As a Customer Service Representative, you will:Be responsible for answering customer and branch inquiries.Be responsible for tracking and resolving order and shipment issues.Be responsible for updating orders, deliveries, and address information.Be responsible for coordinating with vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams.Be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation.Be responsible for meeting quality, productivity, and service targets.This is a full time, Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:2+ years of customer service/support experience.Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or order management.Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel).Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, reports, finding errors).Preferred Skills & Qualifications:SAP, Oracle, or other ERP experience.ServiceNow or ticketing system experience.Workday experience.UPS, FedEx, or shipping system experience.Internal customer support or email support experience.Knowledge of order tracking, inventory, and supply chain processes.Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
