Payroll & HR Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & HR Coordinator to support a growing team of approximately 150 employees. This role will primarily oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements while also supporting HR, accounting, and office operations functions. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and enjoys being a resource for employees and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and timely for approximately 150 employeesAdminister employee expense reimbursement processMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lawsRespond to employee payroll and HR-related questionsAssist employees with administrative HR requests including address changes, W-2 requests, employment verification requests, and general benefits/payroll inquiriesProvide general HR administrative supportAssist with onboarding and employee documentationMaintain employee files and recordsSupport day-to-day office management functionsAssist with accounts payable (AP) processesSupport budgeting and reporting processes as neededCoordinate with finance and leadership teams on administrative tasksQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of payroll processing experience requiredBilingual in Spanish and English requiredHR experience or HR administrative background strongly preferredExperience supporting payroll for multi-employee environments preferredFamiliarity with payroll systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyStrong communication and customer service skillsPosition DetailsFull-time positionCompetitive compensation based on experienceBenefits package availablePlease Quick Apply, and a Perfect Timing Recruiter will contact you,Thank you,
