Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on family dynamics and relationship issues.

• Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluations to ensure clients are well-supported and making progress towards their goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, with preference given to CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions in compliance with all HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participate in weekly supervision and consultation meetings to foster clinical growth and provide mutual support among staff members.
\n
• Engage in community outreach and education as needed, promoting mental health awareness and services to the Latino and broader communities.
\n
• Provide therapy both via telehealth and in person to accommodate client needs while ensuring a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting with unique challenges. Our focus includes, but is not limited to, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health. It is crucial for our therapists to adapt their approaches to respect and respond to the cultural and individual needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong bilingual communication skills, enabling effective provision of services in both Spanish and English.
\n
• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Ability to empathize, engage in self-reflection, and maintain a respectful space for client dialogues.
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology.
\n
• Valid driver's license and car insurance; flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to client availability.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or training in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ specific issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience working in integrated care settings or with diverse populations.
\n
• Willingness to become credentialed with insurance providers as part of our in-network services.
\n
• Completion of HIPAA training, demonstrating an understanding of confidentiality and client rights.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide performance-based bonuses and flexible scheduling options to maintain work-life balance.
