Spire Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work onsite at our Kansas City, MO office. You will consult with local and regional leaders throughout Missouri, guiding HR initiatives and providing support across all HR areas. The role emphasizes coaching, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
