THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE OFFERED A SALARY BETWEEN $62,868.00 - $72,298.00 The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) protects and promotes the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports. ACS manages community-based supports and foster care services and provides subsidized childcare vouchers. ACS child protection staff respond to allegations of child maltreatment. In juvenile justice, ACS oversees detention, placement, and programs for youth in the community. The Office of Human Resources holds a broad spectrum of responsibilities that contribute directly to ACS' vision of offering comprehensive, quality services that empower children and families to thrive. ACS' Office of Human Resources' primary functions include developing and implementing the agency's human resources policies and procedures, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions, providing onboarding and training to new employees, managing employee performance and compensation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment, civil service, and labor laws. In addition to our primary functions, the Office of Human Resources provides a variety of other services to employees, such as career development, employee benefits, and wellness programs. The Office of Human Resources also works in partnership with divisions to provide initiatives and services that nurture and develop an environment of employee empowerment, advocacy, and involvement in the organization while attracting and cultivating a diverse dynamic workforce. The Compensation, Timekeeping and Workforce Analytics unit (CTWFA) located in the ACS Office of Human Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to serve as HR Technology Coordinator. The HR Technology Coordinator will join the Workforce Analytics team to support HR technology initiatives through requirements gathering, UAT documentation, stakeholder engagement, change management, usability design and data analysis. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external software vendors for all HR tech rollouts, integrations, and upgrades. - Serve as a project coordinator for HR technology projects. Establish project timelines, define milestones, manage resource allocation, and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Investigate workforce questions using methods beyond existing datasets, including stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, literature reviews, environmental scans, and collaboration with business units. - Focusing on a human-centered research approach, collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes, emerging trends, and analytical opportunities that are not readily visible through quantitative data alone. - Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations. - Inform future analytics, process improvements, workforce strategies, and technology initiatives focusing on usability and impact. - Analyze existing HR processes to design streamlined, efficient workflows that improve current processes. Collaborating with OHR partners to translate workforce business needs into technology and analytics solutions. - Draft, audit, and update technical documentation such as workflows and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure alignment with HR processes. - Define UAT strategy, and coordinate testing phases to ensure systems perform flawlessly before going live. - Conduct usability testing with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure new tech rollouts meet operational requirements. - Design, build, maintain and distribute user-friendly dashboards to be implemented in new HR systems, and as part of the Workforce Analytics reporting catalog. - Support the expansion and maintenance of Workforce Analytics centralized knowledge base including the WFA team wiki, standard operating procedures, and cross-team impact items. 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or 3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to \"1\" or \"2\" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in \"1\" above. Additional Information
