Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the histories and needs of patients, allowing for tailored intervention and support.

• Develop and execute individually tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience enhancement, ensuring each patient's journey is approached holistically.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting techniques to meet patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding discussions that enable patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and advance towards healing.

• Maintain collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery for patients with complex needs.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to stabilize patients and direct them to appropriate resources.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and resilience-building techniques, empowering them with knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
