Entry Level Administrative Assistant

:

A solid, well-run company is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant in the art department. We are a wholesale supplier of Safety Apparel and Custom Caps, and we are seeking a qualified individual to join our team.

Required skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills needed/accurate data entry.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Ability to multitask many projects at once.
• Ability to complete and follow directions accurately.
• Relevant experience a plus, but not required:
• Previous customer service experience
• Art/Graphic Design/Digitizing experience

Job duties include:

• Contacting customers via phone and email to follow up with their artwork.
• Accurately recording all communication in our system.
• Communicating with artists and sales reps to make sure proper changes are made.
• Evaluate and update quotes as needed to ensure they are correct according to the artwork created.
• Checking over orders for accuracy before sending to production.
• Assist with any additional administrative tasks between art/digitizing departments.
