Job Description

Job Description
An Addison Group client is looking for an ACCOUNTANT to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working with the numbers, solving discrepancies, and delivering clean, accurate financial records.
What You'll Do
- Review, match, and clean up balance sheet reconciliation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve outstanding variances
- Match and clear open items, duplicate entries, and unmatched transactions
- Research discrepancies and document findings
- Prepare clean, organized supporting schedules and documentation
- Collaborate with the finance team to correct identified errors
- 2+ years of accounting experience (general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Experience with Epicor is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
