Staff Accountant

This role is hybrid only 1 day per month onsite and has the opportunity to convert over as a permanent employee. Job Summary The Associate Staff Accountant is a key contributor responsible for executing and owning critical accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, cash application, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes. Responsibilities Prepare month-end reconciliations related to accounts receivable, including allowance for doubtful account Apply and reconcile customer payments, including ACH and wire transactions, ensuring timely and accurate posting Monitor AR aging, take ownership of collection activities, and follow up on overdue accounts to improve cash flow Support process improvements and drive efficiencies in AR operations Qualifications BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, economics or other business-related fields 4 or more years of related experience, preferably in accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
