Account Executive, Mid-Market

The Role We are actively hiring a full‑time Mid‑Market Account Executive to partner with our growth and marketing team to generate new DSO and insurance business. As an Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and report directly to the Head of Growth. Key Responsibilities Identify potential target accounts through in‑depth prospecting and network building. Conduct deep discovery calls that lead to creating and delivering effective sales presentations and pitches to C‑Suite and other stakeholders. Build and nurture client relationships. Hit your monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas. Seek opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell existing accounts. Self‑generate pipeline, attend tradeshows, and perform personalized outreach. Understand and satisfy client needs and challenges, serving as the first line of defense when issues arise. Handle negotiations and legal calls to help close more business. Stay up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions to best serve our clients. Develop prospect‑specific strategy and tactical delivery plan based on the prospect’s strategic priorities, organizational goals, and business objectives. Travel as required (25‑50%). Success Expectations 1 month Learn about the current state of healthcare, Videa’s value proposition, and the market fits for DSOs and insurers. Complete a comprehensive onboarding process and a post‑onboarding test. Effectively leverage sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, RocketReach, Audience, Claude) to enhance productivity and results, demonstrating cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and sales. 3‑6 months Understand the market and have a prospecting plan built out. Deliver a demo and full pitch of Videa and run a complete sales cycle from prospecting to close. Close business and hit your goal. Provide product feedback to enhance Videa’s offering. Attend conferences and build a strong network in the dentistry space. What You Bring 4‑8 years of professional experience in a business‑to‑business environment (preferably dentistry or tech). BA/BS degree. Understanding of how DSOs and dental insurers operate. Strategic thinker who embraces complex challenges. Comfortable with a fast‑paced environment and change. Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership. Strong self‑starter with a track record of getting things done. Analytical and mentally agile. Bonus Points Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments. Experience in high‑growth or startup environments. Benefits and Culture We win and lose together as one team.
