This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through effective telehealth platforms. Your workspace must ensure patient confidentiality and a reliable internet connection to facilitate smooth virtual counseling sessions. With no on-call responsibilities, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while creating your own schedule, with hours aligned from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to gauge clients’ substance abuse history and mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment team members to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Engage with and educate clients' families to foster their involvement in the recovery process, strengthening the support network for each client.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

The clients you will serve through Thrive Wellness Psychological Solutions are pre-screened and exhibit low acuity, ensuring that immediate crises are managed before they reach you. Your focus will be on providing therapeutic support to a variety of demographics, including adolescents and young adults, who are seeking guidance and assistance in managing their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW or PsyD is required for this role.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years experience in providing therapeutic interventions, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering telehealth services, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Ability to engage in ongoing training regarding evidenced-based treatment frameworks (“care pathways”) specific to Thrive’s model of care.
\n
• Highly proficient in using technology, including the Google suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities that foster rapport with clients.
\n
• Professional appearance and demeanor when engaging with clients in a virtual setting.
\n
• Empathy and warmth in patient interactions to enhance client engagement and trust.
