Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our teletherapy platform to establish integrated treatment plans that enhance client care.

• Engage in regular training and professional development initiatives to improve therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest research in mental health.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to conduct assessments and provide interventions that are effective and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
