Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate interdisciplinary approaches, collaborating with other healthcare professionals for holistic care delivery.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcome measures to track progress and adhere to compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
