Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the individual needs of patients and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational support groups to create a shared sense of community and enhance the treatment experience for patients dealing with common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure seamless and integrated patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
