Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

What you’ll do Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming everyone from new starters to senior leaders, customers and international visitors. Support the day-to-day running of the office, including workplace presentation, meeting room preparation, kitchen and shared spaces, office supplies, and facilities coordination. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and Excel-based tracking systems. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, team events, meetings, and internal initiatives. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration & Facilities Team Lead, helping ensure the office operates efficiently. Work collaboratively across the business, adapting to changing priorities and stepping in wherever support is needed. About you You're someone people can rely on. You enjoy creating a well-run workplace, take pride in delivering a high standard of work, and understand that the small details often make the biggest difference. Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role. Strong Excel skills and confidence maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative systems. Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. A calm, professional approach, with the confidence to interact with senior leaders, customers, and visitors. Resilience and adaptability—you stay organised when priorities change and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset. You take initiative, work well independently, and know when to seek guidance or support.
