Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to determine the unique needs and circumstances of each client upon admission.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Drug Recovery Program (CDRP) treatment team in developing individualized treatment plans, which are tailored to meet each client’s specific recovery goals.

• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, providing insights and recommendations based on professional assessments and client interactions.
\n
• Deliver educational lectures focused on chemical dependency, equipping clients and their families with valuable knowledge about addiction and recovery.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to support client recovery.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy, significant other therapy, and multi-family therapy sessions as assigned to encourage engagement and support systems for clients.
\n
• Offer comprehensive case management services, assisting clients with referrals to community resources and other forms of support needed for a successful recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health issues. You will be engaging with adolescents, adults, and families who come from varied backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and circumstances in their journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required, ensuring that you possess the foundational knowledge for effective practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, adhering to the regulations of the profession.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate, supervised experience focused on addiction medicine therapy is essential, demonstrating your capacity to work effectively in a treatment setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience required is two years, candidates with a comprehensive background in both substance use and mental health treatment methodologies will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and integrated care models is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
