Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include linkages to necessary services while facilitating communication between clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings to evaluate clients' needs and arrange for further assessments as necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts to support clients in distress, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client meetings, treatment plans, and progress toward goals, ensuring timely completion of all required reports.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery throughout the agency.

• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring availability to assist clients during and after program hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
