Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients to identify and understand their emotional, social, and environmental needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide compassionate counseling and emotional support to individuals and their families, helping them cope with the psychological and social aspects of grief, health issues, and end-of-life preparations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
