Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, offering flexibility with shift options including 4x10 or 5x8 formats. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling for clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather thorough social history and assess emotional, behavioral, and health issues affecting clients.

• Evaluate client needs, formulate treatment plans, and implement interventions within the scope of your practice.

• Plan and coordinate activities tailored to address clients' emotional or social needs, ensuring holistic support.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, providing short-term solutions and effective referrals to community resources as necessary.

• Foster therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust, actively engaging clients in their treatment journey.

• Regularly assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring prompt and thorough follow-up with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
