Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and mental health needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to the client's specific situations.

• Implement effective treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and include clear interventions for progress tracking.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychologists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate effective group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals receiving hospice care, as well as their families. Qualifications\n
