This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and keeping processes running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Accounting

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Set up and maintain vendor and customer records
• Generate and send invoices
• Track due dates and manage payments
• Assist with payroll processing

Office & Administrative Support

• Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems
• Organize and maintain company documentation and files
• Monitor and order office supplies

What You Bring

• Experience in office coordination, accounting, administration, or similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a good work ethic
• Must be able to work in a full time, onsite position

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
